Sapphiros’ Printed Electronics capability brings intelligence, power and connectivity to our next-generation diagnostic and biosensor products.

Using high-speed reel-to-reel flexographic printing, conductive components such as heaters, batteries, sensors and antennae are directly integrated onto flexible materials. This enables compact, self-powered devices with built-in temperature control, digital displays and wireless communication.

The process combines printing, lamination and 3D forming to create complex, multi-layered systems quickly and efficiently. It supports seamless integration of reagents and electronics, with rapid changeover between product types for agile manufacturing.

Compatible with molecular, lateral flow and wearable diagnostic technologies, this approach eliminates costly tooling and reduces material waste while maintaining scalability and sustainability. The result is a powerful platform that supports both mass-market testing and advanced connected diagnostic devices.
